The Business Structure
Trustree Investment is wholly owned by Royal Address Mall Holding Ltd, a company registered within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Royal Address Mall Holding Ltd functions as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to enable structured, regulated investor participation in the high-quality real estate asset, the Royal Address Mall Center, located in Salade Oma.
By combining a real-asset base, a leverage-friendly structure, and fintech-driven investor access, Trustree offers a differentiated vehicle: one that bridges the growth potential of the GCC with global capital flows.
Our structure provides clear alignment between investor outcomes and underlying asset performance:

Trustree Investment was founded by Mani Rahnama, a self-made Canadian entrepreneur and visionary business leader known for his integrity, innovation, and results-driven approach. With over a decade of experience building and scaling companies across fintech, payments, and logistics, Mani has earned recognition as a trusted strategist who turns ambitious ideas into sustainable growth.
As the founder of RapidCents, Werbylo, and a successful transportation enterprise in North America, Mani has consistently demonstrated his ability to merge technology with opportunity. His leadership philosophy is rooted in transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation, principles that continue to shape Trustree’s foundation.
