- Agreement Execution: Sign a digitally binding Share Subscription Agreement that complies fully with Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) corporate regulations.
- Secure & Traceable Payment: Process funds through verified international banking gateways or via a secure crypto gateway.
- ADGM Registration: Within 14 working days, shares are officially registered under the investor’s name in the ADGM corporate registry, and a digital Share Certificate is issued.
